1. The classification of hard disk bad sectors
Hard disk bad sector can be divided into logical bad sectors and physical bad sectors. Logical bad sectors commonly known as “soft bad sectors” caused by software installation or error use.It does not generally cause much harm to the hard disk itself. Physical bad sectors mean track physical damage. As the gap between head and disk is only 0.015 ~ 0.025μm, such a small space,during transportation, if they get a strong jolt, hard drives will produce physical bad sector. In addition, human error also make a hard scrap. Some careless person does not tighten the screws for the future use of buried potential problems when installed. Hard work of the vibration can also cause physical bad sectors production
2. Symptoms of hard disk bad sectors
When the hard disk have bad sectors: it’s often wrong when to read a file or run a piece of software, or to operate successfully after a very long time, during which continued to read the disk drive and issued harsh noise, this phenomenon means that the hard disk sector  containing some data has been broken; when boot the system can not boot the hard disk, floppy boot disk can be transferred after the letter, but can not enter, with the SYS command conduction system can not succeed. This situation is more serious, because it is likely that the hard disk boot sector of a problem; normal use computers frequently appears a blue screen for no reason; unable to complete the partitioning and formatting operations.
