Windows XP Boot Black Screen Solution -Note:
The program is limited to back up important data for users. As the system has been damaged, although you can normally enter the system after used this program, but we can not guarantee system stability, it is recommended back up important data after you enter the system the first time, and re-install the system.
Symptoms:
Windows XP black screen after enter the system, only the mouse visible on the screen, and can move, but you can not do other operations. Safe Mode failure remains the same, unable to enter.
Windows XP Boot Black Screen Plan:
Download a CD-ROM image attachment in the normal computer, and burn to a CD-ROM. Boot the computer using the CD-ROM , on the command prompt, type aa, and then view the screen display information, delete all POL extension file which the time passed the 20009 November.
Execute the command as follows: (italic text is the keyboard input)
del filename ENTER
Note: Due to DOS only support the 8.3 format under the file name, there will be garbled, is a normal phenomenon.
Operation icon as follows:
Download XP_error.iso, burn to CD-ROM with the burning software, start the computer, according to screen prompts Press F12 key, choose to start from the CD-ROM. The following diagram (different interface of different models):
