There is a problem I don’t understand, I start the computer into DOS with a floppy disk, found that USB portable external hard disk data transfer rate is much slower than in the normal WinXP state, I COPY files under DOS slower at least 10 times than in WinXP, why?

A: This is because DOS is a 16-bit operating system, and we are using WinXP 32-bit operating system.
